Easter, Fall Kickoff, and Christmas are all opportunities to invite your community to your church. What if your graphics, media, and printed materials were all designed and customized for you? And what if you had multiple designs to choose from? We are excited to offer you a valuable resource package, which includes a PDF file that is ready to print and send by direct mail to your community through USPS.

The Postcard

The postcard is designed to fit all the USPS requirements and will include printer crop marks, ready to print. The service is called Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) and you can set it up online through USPS. It's an affordable option to reach every home in your community. Step-by-step instructions are attached to this email for you. There is no need to get a mailing list or stamps. Everything is ready to go the way the postcard is designed. (We also encourage you to talk to your local post office about it to make sure you're on the same page.)

There's More...

Along with the postcard, you will receive
  • a poster to hang around your community and in your church building
  • a social media graphic
  • announcement slide
  • PowerPoint file for your Sunday sermon or other use
  • a bulletin cover graphic

Design Choices for Fall Kickoff

How It Works

Follow these steps to receive the customized media, including a PDF of a postcard you can send to your community using a special program through your local post office.
Be sure to fill out the form above by July 11 (Thursday) | You will receive your media the following week
  1. Fill out an online form above to choose the design you want and how to customize the media for you.
  2. You will receive the Fall Kickoff media pack the week following the deadline. This will include the PDF of a postcard, ready for print and mail.
  3. You will print the 6.25x11 postcard at a local print shop or an online printer like VistaPrint. The postcard is designed to follow the EDDM requirements set by USPS. You might also find a local printer through the USPS site: https://printerdirectory.usps.com/listing
  4. Follow the step-by-step instructions included with the media pack to order your mailing through USPS. Talk to your local post office to make sure you're on the same page.
  5. We suggest scheduling the direct mail no more than two weeks before your Kickoff Sunday. It's predicted that many unchurched people are start to think about Easter Sunday worship around that time.
  6. Do you want to customize the postcard yourself? If you have Adobe InDesign or a PDF editing program and want to edit the postcard yourself, please let us know and we can work with you directly.
  7. Please let me know if you have any questions about this resource.

We'll be praying for each of you during this upcoming season. This is an important time of the church year when you tend to meet new people from your community, and we pray God blesses you and your congregation during the coming weeks as you share the gospel with your families and your neighbors.
