Does your church have someone who could benefit from a veteran youth worker coming alongside and mentoring them to strengthen their ministry? Does your church desire to have someone come alongside it to see how it might begin an intentional youth ministry in your community? If that is how God is encouraging you we would love to have you consider partnering with one of our youth ministry mentors.

We are willing to:

• Come on site 2-5 days for multiple meetings with your pastor, leadership teams, parents, and students. After our assessment work to offer specific training relevant to your congregation
• Weekly communication with a key contact from your church for the purposes of helping them develop an action plan and implement that planIf your church is ready to take the next steps, we would love to take those steps with you.

Key ingredients from the hosting church:

1. A dedicated lead contact
2. Housing for the mentor while on site
3. Transportation costs
4. An honorarium
5. Preliminary evaluation surveys completed
