Tjelta Accepts Role of CLB Director of Operations
Rev. Paul Tjelta has accepted the call to serve as CLB Director of Operations following the retirement of Rev. Matthew Rogness. Paul will oversee and coordinate the organizational operations of the synodical ministry, facilitating and supporting the accomplishment of CLB mission and departmental strategic plans. He will also be an organizational and process resource for our pastors and congregations. Paul began his role on September 1, 2024.
After spending a decade professionally in architecture, Paul began seminary studies at LBS in 2009. After graduating from Lutheran Brethren Seminary, he was called to Bethesda LB Church in Westby, WI, where he has served the last twelve years. Paul and his wife Joy have seven children.
