Olson Begins as Associate for Ministry Support
Rev. Roger Olson has accepted the call to serve as Associate for Ministry Support, starting September 1, 2024. Roger will oversee and coordinate the support and resourcing of CLB Ministers of the Gospel for their ongoing care, health, and growth as they navigate the challenges of life and ministry. He will also provide caring synodical response to congregations in need.
Roger is married to Carol, and they have four children and eight grandchildren. Since his graduation from Lutheran Brethren Seminary in 1990 he has pastored congregations in both Canada and the United States. From 2014-2019, Roger served as Regional Pastor for the Church of the Lutheran Brethren Canada.
